Description of sodium chlorate:

Sodium chlorate is easily decomposed and releases oxygen when heated to above 300°C under normal pressure. The oxidizing power is very low in neutral or weakly alkaline solutions, but it is a strong oxidant in acidic solutions or in the presence of induced oxidants and catalysts (such as copper sulfate).

1. It is a mordant and oxidant, used in the printing and dyeing industry and inorganic industry.

2. It is used to manufacture chlorine dioxide, sodium chlorite and perchlorate.

3. It is a herbicide, used in agriculture.

4. It is used in the pharmaceutical industry to manufacture medicinal zinc oxide and sodium disulfide succinate. The pigment industry is used to manufacture advanced zinc oxide and Hualan.

5. It is a bleaching agent, used in papermaking and tanning. Ore processing.

6. Used for extracting bromine from seawater and manufacturing printing inks, explosives, etc.

7. Used for silica testing, nutrients, and adhesives.
