Application of Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose

1. Application in liquid beverage

It is used in fruit teas and fruit beverages as a suspending agent to suspend the pulp, improve the taste, and maintain the stability of the beverages.

2. Application in alcoholic products

It makes the taste mellow; it is used as a foam stabilizer in beer production to make the foam rich and lasting and improve the taste.

3. Application in bakery and pastry
