Happy Winter Solstice

The Dōngzhì Festival or Winter Solstice Festival is one of the most important Chinese festivals celebrated by the Mainland Chinese, Taiwanese, Hong Kong Chinese, Overseas Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Vietnamese and other East Asian-related people during the Dongzhi solar term (winter solstice).After this celebration, there will be days with longer daylight hours and therefore an increase in positive energy flowing in.

Traditionally, the Dongzhi Festival is also a time for the family to get together. In northern China, people typically eat dumplings on Dongzhi.   

Today all colleague gather together to make dumplings with our factory produced food additives (such as monosodium glutanmate)to celebrate this festival. The whole office is filled with laughter.
